Write letter to yourself from your loving inner wisdom or loving parent, acknowledging and celebrating your achievement. Reaffirm your new reality.

Write in the present moment saying, I am… Be as detailed and as clear as possible. Feel free to add in other topics that are important to you.

Use empowering language.  Stay away from any negative words.  For example instead of saying “I am no longer afraid.”  You can say “I feel safe and I trust myself fully.”

Describe yourself in the present considering these prompts:

  • How calm and safe do you feel?
  • How confident are you?
  • What is your enthusiasm and passion for life like?
  • What do your relationships look like? How do you feel in your relationships?
  • What healthy habits and daily routines do you practise now?
  • How do you feel in your body?
  • Describe your wellbeing and resilience?
  • How do you manage challenges and stresses in life?
  • What brings you joy?
  • How does your loving parent feel about you right now?
  • How will you and this inner source of wisdom move forward together from this point?
