Find a comfortable and quiet space where you can sit or lie down without distractions. Make sure that your body feels fully supported, so you can relax and let go. Once you have completed the visualisation, move directly on to the journalling exercise below.

  • What do I need to know, to live a life that is aligned with who I really am now?
  • What steps do I need to take to living this life that is aligned with who I truly am?
  • What can I do, how can I be for myself, to give myself more compassion and understanding?
  • How can I celebrate my progress and acknowledge my achievements, no matter how small?
  • What changes can I make to create a more fulfilling and balanced life?
  • How can I connect with this part of myself, with you, whenever I need to?
  • What feelings or sensations did you experience during this visualisation?
  • How do you feel now as a result of connecting with this part of yourself?
