Welcome to this module on Compassion. Compassion is one of the most powerful antidotes to anxiety so I’m pleased to be working on this with you because I know that when you get good at this, you will have a solution to anxiety that is available to you any time you need. It’s a vital, underpinning part of the Psychotherapy I provide so it’s time for you to develop this vital skill and way of being.

In this module we will establish how cultivating compassion can serve as a catalyst for overcoming anxiety and help you to foster positive change and ongoing wellbeing. Through experiential exercises and reflective practices, you will learn how to connect with your innate wisdom and compassion, empowering you to navigate challenges with greater resilience and self-compassion. By harnessing the transformative power of compassion, you will gain insight into the underlying causes of anxiety and develop practical strategies for cultivating inner peace and well-being.
