This module is fantastic for developing the language to label and name the emotions that you’re experiencing. When you are able to do this, soothing and calming yourself will become so much easier. This is the first step to identifying the unmet need and underlying cause of your anxiety. Once you can pinpoint this, you’ll be able to take the next steps to taking care of yourself effectively when difficulties occur.  Within therapy, this part of the course is interwoven throughout the therapy process and is where I see client’s develop their confidence as they feel able to express how they feel which enables them build positive relationships with others. This is an amazingly empowering growth that helps all sorts of changes to happen. So let’s take this next step together, to enable you to understand and respond to your feelings accurately to make overwhelming anxiety, a thing of the past.
