What is Psychotherapy?

Psychotherapy is a talking therapy focused on understanding the roots of your distress, exploring thoughts and behaviour patterns, and processing past difficulties and trauma. The goal is to improve your wellbeing, achieve personal growth and allow you to move forward. It is a collaborative process aimed at realising positive changes in your life.

What is the self-help course?

The course is a structured program designed to empower you to manage and overcome anxiety independently. It supports you in developing your awareness and sense of self, and provides resources, tools, and guidance for understanding, coping with, and reducing anxiety symptoms.

How does Psychotherapy work?

Psychotherapy works by providing a safe and confidential space for you to discuss and explore your concerns. Combining specialist knowledge and extensive experience as a Psychotherapist and Lecturer, I use various therapeutic approaches to help you gain insights, heal dysfunctional patterns of behaviour, and make positive changes in your life.

Can I combine the course with Psychotherapy?

Yes, you are welcome to both. If you opt to do the course, it’s recommended to them sequentially. If after completing the course you need more in-depth support, we can discuss this further in a complimentary Consultation call.

Is everything shared confidential?

Your confidentiality is of utmost importance to me and I hold dual membership with British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I adhere to their code of ethics, emphasising confidentiality, respect, and integrity.

How much does Psychotherapy cost?

Each session of Psychotherapy at £110 is a crucial investment in your well-being, relationships, and personal growth. This commitment enables you to gain profound insights, emotional healing, and valuable skills to navigate life’s complexities and achieve your goals.

How much does the course cost?

Embark on a transformative journey for a one-off investment of £660. This is a 50% reduction on the equivalent of 12, weekly Psychotherapy sessions. You may prefer to pay in six convenient one-off instalments of £120, equivalent to as little as £3.94 per day. Your investment opens the door to invaluable insights, skills, and strategies to navigate life’s challenges and achieve your goals.

How do I access the course materials?

Upon purchasing the course, you will receive a username and password to the membership area and access to the e-learning material which will include informative videos, worksheets, and interactive content. Details on accessing and navigating the materials will be provided.
